You must be 19 or older to order alcohol (where permitted). Orders are subject to availability; we or Dineblast may cancel orders due to stock or pricing errors. Users may not engage in disruptive behavior in our dining room or patio or misuse our website. Refund Policy

Wings Xpress offers refunds or replacements for incorrect or unsatisfactory orders placed via our website (processed by Dineblast/SoftTouch) if reported within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds exclude partially consumed items. For online order issues, contact or call Wings Xpress at (865 357 9464) In-store order refunds are handled at our Knoxville location. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
